The men greeted me at the service desk with in a minute of arriving. I was early but they got me in and out within an hour. I doubt I will have any further service performed at the dealership due to hours and no Saturday service. Location is not ideal either. Price quoted for future service is also excessive.

Appointment was for 8:00. Check in started at 8 so already running behind schedule. Only one person checking folks in. Steady pace but not quick. Car was picked up at 8:20. Recall service took an hour with a mandatory review of potential services. Not out till 9:30. Feel like 9:00 would have been fair.

It was well worth the drive to Ray Skillman Westside to have our car serviced at the Kia dealership. It was fast and easy service. It took less than an hour to have my service completed (oil change, inspection, & tire rotation) it was my first time there for service since we bought our Kia last year. The Service Rep, Brandt, was very helpful by keeping me informed as to the progress with the servicing of my car. In addition he took the time to sit in the car with me to answer my numerous questions about the features of my hybrid car.
Oil change services is expensive along with other services and got quotes that are outrages for air filters
Regular checkup. All things were explained to me. The Female that checked me in etc. was exceptionally nice, pleasant, and helpful.
Ray Skillman Mazda always comes through when I bring my car in for service. They describe what will be done ahead of time, explain how everything went after, and send a video explanation, too. I appreciate all they do!

Cookies and Great Customer Service! It was easy to schedule my appointment online and even though I arrived 10 minutes early, they were ready to go. In the waiting room they have fresh baked cookies, coffee, tables to work at and chargers. I got out an hour after I got there—ahead of schedule since I showed up early. The customer service was top notch from Nick Faires. Will definitely return to this location.
Always get expert care for my Mazda CX-5 when I come for an oil change. I appreciate how everything is carefully checked and I can see a video of what is being checked in my car.

This was my second time coming to this dealership. Even though it's a little further, it's worth the drive. The customer service is fantastic. My only complaint is that I asked for the tire pressure to be checked and they rotated the tires, but half way home, I realized the pressure indicator light was still on. It's not enough to have to drive back to fix! But honestly, I appreciate how friendly the front staff is.

Have bought 2 cars from this dealership and both times very good experiences. The sales dept worked with us to provide a new car when our car broke down when we were out of town.They went out of their way to get us a new car quickly. The service dept. is exceptional. My check in was so easy and the representative was excellent. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. My car was actually done BEFORE she said it would be!! I was given all the information on what was done to my car and given a chance to ask questions. From the very first time I walked in to look at a Kia, I have been treated so wonderfully. Love my car too!!
